this was a great interview. I've been following Adam for quite awhile. He has really grown as a political observer with excellent insights. His take on what the normies was helpful for me. I become exasperated that voters vote as they in CA but Adam answered it. They're not really following politics. And he gave good advice, when podcasters say 'this is it' on any issue that means it is not. Avoid playing the political draft! classic. And the discussion of the false consensus and Israel was amazing. I've been perplexed by the stance but your explanation landed. Sad to hear your take on Candace but it makes sense. People who are evil attack others instead of facing their own failures. Peck demonstrates the havoc these people of the lie work in the lives of those around them. He presents, from vivid incidents encountered in his psychiatric practice, examples of evil in everyday life.
Not quite brilliant but interesting as the good doc came to believe in evil. He wrote that it isn't surprising that people do evil things, the surprise is that many refrain after surviving abuse. That is the interesting question to be answered so we can try and duplicate it.
