Great list with enough detail to put it into action. I wish every high school student could be provided this list and given opportunities to find out how to put it in action in their lives.
It's empowering to live by principles like these. I was a single teenaged mother back in the 1970s when single moms were shunned and I decided I had to pull my life together and make a better future for my daughter rather than mope and feel sorry for myself.
America is a great place to exercise agency and it's done wonders for all sorts of us who weren't born with silver spoons in our mouths or living as an "acceptable" and respectable person within society. Even with those odds against you, #StandTall is what I say. The world is your oyster :-) or it can be if you decide to make it your oyster.
These apply anyone and everyone regardless of where you start out. The idea that people with "privileged" backgrounds don't need this list is 100% false. It's independent of financial status or even personal achievements.
This is one of the best lists of principles to live by that I've seen. It's much more than a list; it provides enough detail to make it functional.
13) Always give thanks to God

People with “privileged backgrounds” need this more.
