This great conversation covers a particularly important topic. The United States, though, is different from the UK, France, Nigeria (which is actually very diverse) and Israel in that we are uniquely founded on "E Pluribus Unum" -- our challenge is to find a way to achieve that aspiration.

Another inspiring and important interview. If you achieve something no one cares that no one you competed against looked like you. That tag line is being handed out as I saw a lady on a cooking competition state that she’d never seen anyone on the show that looked like her. Well unless you have an identical twin you’ll never see anyone who looks like you. 🤦🏾‍♂️
